This error indicates a mismatch between the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you connected to our platform and the phone number you are trying to use. Essentially, the system cannot find your specified phone number within the selected WABA.
This commonly happens if you have multiple WhatsApp Business Accounts and accidentally selected the wrong one during the setup process.
How to resolve this issue:
You need to re-link the correct WhatsApp Business Account that is associated with your phone number.
- If you have a pending or incorrect configuration, you may need to remove it first. Please contact support to have the incorrect configuration cleared.
- Once cleared, begin the setup process again by clicking "Login with Facebook".
- During the Facebook login and setup flow, carefully review and select the specific WhatsApp Business Account that contains the phone number you intend to use.
After connecting the correct WABA, the system will be able to locate the number and proceed with the verification process.
Additional Tip: We also recommend checking the WhatsApp Manager within your Meta Business Suite for any pending actions, alerts, or requests (such as Business Verification or Display Name confirmation) that could be delaying the verification on Meta's side.
