The limit for test devices is applied across your entire account, not on a per-application basis. This means that test devices registered in any of your other applications count towards your account's total limit.
If you encounter this error, please check your other applications for any registered test devices that are no longer in use. Removing these old devices will free up slots and allow you to add new ones to your current application. If you need a higher limit, please contact our support team.
