Push notifications sent via the API are delivered to users but may not always appear in your Message History. This is expected behavior based on the number of recipients in the API request.
For an API-sent push to be recorded in Message History, it must meet one of the following criteria:
- It is sent to more than 10 devices in a single API call.
- It is a broadcast message.
- It is targeted to a pre-configured user segment.
If you send a notification to 10 or fewer specific devices using the API, the message will be delivered successfully, but it will not be logged in the Message History section of your control panel.
