Yes. Use a Customer Journey with an Audience-based entry set to Recurring entry. You configure the campaign once and it re-runs on the interval or dates you choose.
Recurring entry offers two schedules:
- Periodically — users enter at a fixed interval (e.g. every week on Monday at 9:00).
- On specific dates — users enter on individual dates you pick from the calendar.
How to set up a weekly recurring push
- Open the Customer Journey builder and start a new journey.
- Drag the Audience-based entry element onto the canvas and pick your Audience Source (an existing segment, or click Create Segment).
- Under Entry schedule, select Recurring entry.
- Choose Periodically.
- In ENTRY EVERY, set the interval — for a weekly send,
every 1 week. - Pick the day of the week (e.g.
Monday) and set the time. - Choose the timezone:
- Subscriber's device timezone (default, recommended for global audiences) — each user is entered at the chosen local time. If a user has no timezone, a fallback is used; click Change fallback to adjust it.
- Specific timezone — everyone enters at the same absolute moment.
- Add the push element with your content and activate the journey.
Notes:
- The segment is recalculated before each scheduled entry, so users who joined since the previous run are included. Users still inside the journey at that moment do not enter again.
- If a subscriber's scheduled local time has already passed, they are picked up on the next scheduled day.
- RFM segments do not refresh on their own — recalculate them in Audience > RFM Segmentation before each scheduled entry.
