Currently, when a campaign uses both the "Best Time To Send" (BTTS) and "Silent Hours" features, the BTTS logic takes priority.
The BTTS system determines the optimal delivery time based on individual user engagement history. If this calculated time falls within the period you have designated as Silent Hours, the notification will still be sent at that optimal time.
Our team understands that the expectation is for Silent Hours to always be respected. We are working on an update to change this behavior in a future release.
