No, Instant In-App messages are not affected by the global frequency capping settings you configure for your application.
These settings only apply to In-App Messages that are sent as part of a Customer Journey.
Instant In-Apps are designed to be displayed immediately when their specific trigger event occurs, bypassing any global frequency limits. If you are not receiving an Instant In-App during testing, please check the following:
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
- Verify that you are correctly triggering the event that is supposed to display the In-App.
- The issue could be temporary. Please try triggering the event again after a short while.
