How can I download the Rich Media content of my existing In-App Messages?

In-app messages and Rich Media are managed as a single content entity, so all your templates live in one list.

1. In your Pushwoosh Control Panel, go to Content → In-apps (Rich media). Every in-app template for the application is listed here, including ones built in the previous editor — those open automatically in the current editor, and an Edit with old builder option is offered for them.
2. Click the template name (or use the row menu and choose Edit…) to open it in the editor and inspect its content.
3. Other row actions are Preview, Statistics, Clone… and Delete.

About getting the raw HTML. Templates that your team uploaded as a custom ZIP archive are best retrieved from your own copy of that archive — keep it in version control. Templates created in the built-in no-code editor are stored as content blocks rather than a standalone HTML page, so there is no equivalent HTML/ZIP export for them.

If you need the source markup of a specific in-app and cannot obtain it from the editor, contact the support team and provide the application code and the Rich media code of the template.
