How can I download the Rich Media content of my existing In-App Messages?

If you need to download the HTML or Rich Media content (layout) currently used in your In-App Messages, especially if they are not appearing in the main Rich Media asset list (e.g., because they were created with an older editor), follow these steps:

1. In your Pushwoosh control panel, navigate to the Campaigns section, then select Instant in-apps.
2. From the list of your In-App Messages, click on the specific one whose content you wish to download.
3. In the settings for that In-App Message, look for a button or link to edit its content. This is typically labeled Rich Media Edit. Click on it.
4. The Rich Media editor for that In-App Message will open.
5. Scroll to the bottom of this editor window. You should find an option or button to Download the content. This is often provided as a ZIP archive containing the HTML and any associated assets.

This method allows you to access and download the content of your active In-App Messages directly from their individual settings.
