If you are not receiving an email with your confirmation code, please try the following steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk Mail Folder: This is the most common reason. Automated emails, such as confirmation codes, can sometimes be mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk mail folder by your email provider. Please check these folders carefully.
- Allow a few minutes for delivery: Sometimes, there can be a slight delay before the email arrives in your inbox or spam folder.
Our system typically indicates that emails are sent successfully from our end. If, after checking your spam/junk folder and waiting a reasonable amount of time, you still cannot find the email, you can try requesting the code again. If the issue persists, it's possible your email provider has specific filters in place that might be blocking the email.
