The limit for test devices applies to your entire Pushwoosh account, not just to a single application.
If you receive the "You have reached the test devices limit" error, it means the total number of test devices registered across all applications in your account has reached your plan's limit.
To resolve this:
- Check other applications: Review the 'Test Devices' section within each application in your account.
- Remove unused devices: Delete any test devices that are no longer needed from any application to free up slots.
- Verify the limit: The error should disappear once the total number of test devices across your account is below the limit.
If you need to register more test devices than your current limit allows, please contact support to discuss options for increasing your account's test device limit.
