Resetting your WhatsApp configuration (which disconnects the currently linked phone number and Meta Business Manager account) cannot be done directly through the user interface and requires assistance from our support team.
Please contact support and clearly state that you need to reset the WhatsApp platform setup for your specific Pushwoosh application. Provide the application code or name if possible.
Once the support team confirms the reset is complete, you will be able to go through the WhatsApp configuration process again from your Pushwoosh application settings to connect the new number and Meta Business Manager account.
