To check the history of messages sent to a specific user, you can use the User Explorer feature.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Audience section in the Control Panel and select User Explorer.
- Search for the specific User ID.
- Click on the user identifier to open the user profile.
- Switch to the Received Messages tab.
This tab displays a log of notifications targeted at that specific user, which is helpful for verifying if messages were sent successfully.
