If you have implemented your own custom subscription prompt (e.g., a custom-designed popup or button) and you are also seeing the default Pushwoosh prompt, it's because the default prompt is still enabled in your application settings. This can lead to a confusing user experience with two popups appearing.
To disable the default prompt and use only your custom one, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Pushwoosh Control Panel.
- Navigate to the configuration page for your specific web application.
- Select the Subscription Prompt tab.
- Under the prompt options, select My custom prompt.
- Click Publish to save the changes.
Important: It may take up to 30 minutes for this change to be applied and for the default prompt to be fully disabled on your website.
