If your Journey campaign includes an email message element but isn't starting, it's likely because the Email platform has not yet been configured for your application. Campaigns with email steps require a configured Email platform to function correctly.
Here's how you can resolve this:
Configure the Email Platform:
- In your Pushwoosh control panel, navigate to the Settings section for your application.
- Select Configure Platforms.
- Locate the Email option and click Configure.
- Follow the prompts to complete the email sender verification process.
- Once the Email platform is active, your Journey campaign should be able to start and send emails.
Modify the Journey Campaign:
- If you do not need to send emails from this specific Journey, or if you are not ready to set up the Email platform, you can remove the email element from your Journey.
- Edit the Journey and delete the step that attempts to send an email.
- Save the updated Journey.
After taking one of these actions, try starting your Journey campaign again.
