If you can log in but see no projects, your user most likely has a role that grants no access to any project yet — project visibility in Pushwoosh is granted per project through roles.
- Ask the account Owner (or a user allowed to manage users) to open My Account → Users and groups.
- On the Users tab they should find your email and, from the three-dot menu, change your role — or on the Roles tab create/adjust a role that includes access to the projects you need. Roles in Pushwoosh are custom permission sets (there is no fixed "Admin/Viewer" list); the only reserved built-in role is Owner. The relevant permissions are the project-level ones (see / modify / send for each project, or the account-wide "all applications" permissions).
- Once the role is applied, log out and log back in — the projects covered by your role will appear.
If you were invited but never accepted the invitation, ask the Owner to resend it from the same screen.
