Receiving the same email multiple times from a single Customer Journey usually indicates that the same Email Preset is configured for multiple steps within that Journey's flow.
When a user progresses through the Journey and triggers different steps that are set up to send an email, if those steps use the identical Email Preset, the user will receive the same email content each time.
To resolve this:
- Navigate to the specific Customer Journey in your Pushwoosh control panel.
- Review the configuration of each Send Email element within the Journey flow.
- Verify the Email Preset selected for each of these steps.
- If you intend for different emails to be sent at various stages, ensure you have created and selected distinct Email Presets for the corresponding steps.
By assigning unique Email Presets to steps where different content is required, you can prevent the same email from being sent repeatedly to your users within that Journey.
