The 'Save to Inbox' toggle is not available for In-App messages due to their nature. Only push notifications can be stored in the Inbox. You can use the 'Follow the Deep Link' action in push notifications to direct users to a specific page in the app. More details can be found in the Deep Linking Documentation.
