A web campaign places web content you've created on your site and controls when it appears and who sees it.
- Go to Campaigns → Web campaigns, click Create campaign, and choose Popup (an overlay on top of the page) or Inline (a block inside your page). You can't change the type later.
- Content: select existing web content or a web form, or click Create new to build it without leaving the wizard.
- Audience: choose All users, or Target audience and then Use existing segment or Use custom conditions (filters by Tag, Event, Segment, or User ID).
- Display settings:
- Show popup: Automatically on page load, or Only via WebSDK call if your site should trigger it.
- Display delay: Immediately, or after 3, 5, or 10 seconds, measured from when the Pushwoosh SDK initializes.
- Frequency: Once per visitor, Once per session, or Every visit.
- Device, Push permission, and Show on pages (all pages with up to 10 exclusions, or up to 10 specified pages).
- On Review, click Complete setup, then Launch campaign… or Save as draft…. To activate a draft later, open its three-dot menu in Campaigns → Web campaigns and choose Activate campaign….
