Most often, the page path in Show on pages doesn't match the page address exactly. Check these points:
- Letter case. Paths are case-sensitive:
/Pricingand/pricingare different pages. - Match type. Exact match covers only the same path, so
/pricingdoesn't cover/pricing/. Starts with covers every page whose path begins with what you enter:/blogalso covers/blog-news, so enter/blog/to cover only the blog section. - What you entered. Enter the path after your domain, for example
/pricing. You can also paste the full address from the browser: Pushwoosh removes the domain, the query string, and the fragment, and saves the path decoded with the letter case kept.

Web SDK version matters too:
- Excluding pages and the Starts with match type work only on sites with an up-to-date Web SDK.
- WebSDK 3.104.1 and later match paths with letter case; 3.102.0 to 3.104.0 ignore it.
- Before 3.102.0, paths don't match pages whose address contains spaces or letters outside the English alphabet.
Paths saved from October 27 to November 2, 2026 were stored in lowercase. On WebSDK 3.104.1 and later they no longer cover pages with capital letters: open the campaign and enter the path again in your site's letter case.
You can add up to 10 pages or 10 exclusions per campaign.
