AI Assistant asks for your approval before it sends messages or changes your account. It shows a Decision card in the chat, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Actions that need approval:
- Sending messages
- Updating or deleting objects
- Changing configuration, billing, or access
- Editing email templates
- Changing frequency capping
- Creating objects with a wide reach: API tokens, account invites, popups, rich media, and third-party integrations
Creating most new objects (segments, journeys, tags, geozones, campaigns, and more) runs without approval. A segment or journey created this way starts as a draft.
To decide:
- Read the Decision card. It shows the action, why AI Assistant wants to make it, and a warning if the action can't be reversed.
- Click Approve to run the action right away, or Reject to cancel it.
When several actions are on one card, clear the checkboxes of the ones you don't want and click Approve selected, or click Approve all or Reject all. The action runs with the permissions of whoever approves it.
An unanswered card expires after 24 hours, or as soon as you send a new message in the same conversation, so decide on pending cards before you write again. To see pending cards from all conversations, click the gear icon at the top of the chat and select Show proposal cards.
