Question - We have some problems with our push notifications. Looking at “Message History”, all of them are in "Waiting" state.
Can you explain us why our push notifications are in this status?
Answer - "Waiting" status appears only for the timezone-sensitive pushes. These pushes will have to wait for all timezones to pass in order to be moved to "Done" status.

What do you mean "These pushes will have to wait for all timezones to pass " ??
David Montec
Waiting status is applied to the messages which are timezone sensitive, i.e. should be sent for example at 12 o'clock in each timezone. Push will be in waiting status until all time zones are covered.
The Send according to user’s timezone toggle enables sending the push message separately for each timezone at the time you specified. Timezone-sensitive delivery is more comfortable for users, and well-timed pushes are more likely to be opened.
Yes I also read about that from the documentation just now.
But does this also covers pushes that are sent with ignore_user_timezone set to true?
Because right now we are experiencing "Waiting" even though we disabled the ignore_user_timezone to true.
