To show Rich Media content directly within your application without relying on a user clicking a push notification, you can use Pushwoosh's In-App Messaging feature. Here are two ways to configure this:
-
Event-Triggered In-Apps:
- Create an In-App message containing your desired Rich Media content.
- Configure this In-App to be triggered instantly when a specific event occurs within your application (e.g., user completes a level, visits a certain screen, adds an item to cart).
- Refer to the documentation on Sending In-Apps for setup details.
-
Customer Journey In-Apps:
- Design a Customer Journey flow based on user behavior or segments.
- Add an "In-App Message" step to your Journey.
- Users who enter this step in the Journey will see the configured In-App message (containing your Rich Media) when they next open the app or meet the Journey's display criteria.
- See examples in the guide on Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns.
Both methods allow you to present Rich Media content proactively based on user context and behavior directly within the app experience.
