If a user has subscribed to receive emails but is not getting them, their email address might be on the bounce list.
Email addresses can be automatically added to the bounce list if previous email deliveries to that address have failed (i.e., bounced). This can happen for various reasons, such as an invalid email address, a full inbox, or server issues on the recipient's end.
Once an address is on the bounce list, our system stops sending emails to it to maintain good sender reputation. This might also affect whether the user appears in searches within the platform, like the User Explorer.
To resolve this, the email address needs to be removed from the bounce list. Please contact support with the specific email address experiencing the issue. We can verify if it's on the bounce list and remove it so the user can start receiving emails again.
