If you are unable to load the Pushwoosh Control Panel and see a "failed to fetch" or a similar loading error, it is often caused by a local browser issue or a network restriction, such as a corporate VPN or firewall.
Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:
1. Clear Your Browser Cache and Perform a Hard Reload
Outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser can prevent the page from loading correctly.
- Clear Site Data: Go to your browser's settings (e.g., Chrome Settings -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and other site data -> See all site data and permissions). Search for
pushwoosh.comand delete all stored data. - Hard Reload the Page:
- With the Pushwoosh page open, press
F12(orCmd+Opt+Ion Mac) to open the developer tools. - Right-click on the browser's refresh button.
- Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" from the dropdown menu.
- With the Pushwoosh page open, press
2. Check for Network Restrictions (VPN, Proxy, or Firewall)
Corporate networks often use VPNs or firewalls that may block access to external services.
- Test the Connection: Try temporarily disabling your VPN or connecting from a different network (e.g., your mobile hotspot) to see if the page loads. If it works, your network configuration is likely the cause.
- Contact Your IT Department: If you confirm that a VPN or firewall is blocking access, please contact your IT administrator and request that they whitelist the following Pushwoosh domains:
app.pushwoosh.com cdn.pushwoosh.com pushwoosh.com api.pushwoosh.com
3. Try Incognito or Private Mode
Opening the page in an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox/Safari) window is a quick way to check if browser extensions or cache are causing the issue. If the page loads in this mode, it points to a problem with your browser's regular configuration.
