Display Name Rejected by WhatsApp:
- Review WhatsApp's Display Name Guidelines carefully.
- Modify your name to comply with the guidelines.
- Resubmit the name for approval through your Meta Business Manager.

Display Name Incorrect in Pushwoosh (but correct in Meta):
- If your display name is approved and correct in Meta Business Manager but appears incorrectly or outdated in the Pushwoosh platform configuration screen, please contact Pushwoosh support. They may need to manually refresh or update the connection details on their end.

Resetting Connection / Changing Business Account:
- Currently, you cannot reset the WhatsApp configuration or switch the linked WhatsApp Business Account directly through the Pushwoosh user interface.
- To do this, you must contact Pushwoosh support.
- Request a reset of the WhatsApp configuration for your specific Pushwoosh application.
- After support confirms the reset is complete, you will be able to go through the WhatsApp setup process again from the Pushwoosh platform to connect the new or desired WhatsApp Business Account.
