This usually happens if the background of your Rich Media In-App was configured with some level of opacity (not fully transparent) in the Pushwoosh In-App builder.
To make the background fully transparent:
1. Log in to your Pushwoosh Control Panel.
2. Navigate to the "In-Apps" section and find the specific Rich Media message you want to edit.
3. Open the In-App for editing using the builder.
4. Check the background settings for the In-App or its elements. Ensure the background color's alpha channel (opacity) is set to 0 for full transparency, or that a "transparent" color option is selected.
5. Save the changes to your In-App.
After saving, the In-App should display without the unintended semi-transparent background on user devices (they might need to restart the app or trigger the In-App again for changes to take effect if it was already downloaded).
