This usually happens if the background of your Rich Media In-App was configured with some level of opacity (not fully transparent) in the Pushwoosh Rich Media editor.
To make the background fully transparent:
- Log in to your Pushwoosh Control Panel.
- Go to Content → Rich media and find the Rich Media page used by your In-App message.
- Open it in the built-in editor.
- Click the outer margins of the layout so the whole layout is selected, then check its background settings. Set the background colour's alpha channel (opacity) to 0, or pick the transparent colour option. Repeat for any nested element that has its own background.
- Save the changes.
After saving, the In-App will display without the unintended semi-transparent background. Devices that already cached the content may need the app to be restarted or the In-App to be triggered again before the change appears.
See Create Rich media in the built-in editor for details.
