    Hello,

Could you please describe the use case in more details?

Anyway, I assume that Push by User ID feature would be helpful here.

You will find more detailed information in our Guide: http://docs.pushwoosh.com/docs/user-id-push

    Regards, Ivan

    Hello sir,

    Thank you for answer

For example, We have one UserID say "111" so that use loggedin to two different PC of chrome browser In this case we have saved two row in our database with 2 hwid with that user "111", after we will send push based on hwid After hwid received as a different (sometimes) for that session so how we can track this is for which browser? if we track browser based then we will update in respective db row of UserID "111" currently that type saved 3rd row of same browser with same Userid so we received two push of one session.

    Regards

Generally, Push by user id allows you to send targeted push notifications to your users across their multiple devices. Resulting push notifications will be delivered to all devices associated with a specified User ID.

In case if HWID is changed, the old one will be invalidated in our database, so it should not receive pushes.

Actually, we can provide you with your current user base with all information about registered devices. You can submit a ticket in our support system for that. (https://www.pushwoosh.com/contact-us/)

Also, let us know if you have any additional questions.
