I am developing a XAMARIN Forms App which will run on both iOS and Android with a back-end application implemented using C# under WinForms. It has been suggested that we use PushWhoosh as a platform independant way of sending push notifications from my WinForms App to the App users. This looks to be possible using the API access and creating JSON packets. Are there any examples ou there of sending a push notification from C#?
My App will be used by individual companies and obviously the notifications for one company should only be sent to the relevant phones for users from that company. I want to be able to filter this even more to send only to specific groups of people or even individual people. I assume tha somehow the phones themselves must register with PushWhoosh and somehow I have to marry this up with the Company/Group/Individual within my Server application - any suggestions or hints would be great!
