Unable to receive Pushwoosh Notification in few deivices

We have implemented Pushwoosh notifications in our android application which is built with cordova. When we try to push notification from PushNotification panel we are unable to receive Pushwoosh Notifications in few devices like Redmi Note 3 ,HTC Desire 820 ,Asus AZ-00AD ,Lenovo Vibe P1M.

Please advise how to fix this issue?

  Probably these particular device models are not related to this issue. Please contact our support team with your Pushwoosh username and Pushwoosh Application Code so we could assist you.
