Money taken, but not upgraded
AnsweredHi there, I just attempted to upgrade my account to premium ($49.95) using paypal.
I authorized pushwoosh with Paypal and then attempted to continue the upgrade.
"This will take $49.95 from your paypal account, are you sure?"
Yes
Upon clicking yes I am taken back to my payment methods page and told to add a credit card. The upgrade has not been completed.
I've since had an email notification from paypal stating that the $49.95 has been taken from my account.
Anyone had similar or can offer any advice? I've already sent a "contact us" request, but I always assume the response time is poor with contact forms.

I actually got a quick response to my email query too so thanks for that,
however, I am unable to reply to it due to an email server error

Can someone at Pushwoosh let Dmitry know, so he can close the case?
