From 2nd August we saw a dramatic drop-off in the proportion of pushes sent to pushes opened on IOS, but no noticeable change on Android. This coincided with some of our customers reporting that their IOS users stopped receiving push notifications. This date did not align to any new release of our app. Our Apple Push Services certificate has been consistent across releases and only expires in April 2018.
Could you please make some suggestions on what we should look into to resolve this problem, and what may be the possible cause?
