Meassure push opt outs/unsubscribes

    Hello Rutger,

    As a matter of fact, Pushwoosh has no functionality that allows to track the number of devices being unsubscribed after a certain push. However, there is an Application Statistics section in Pushwoosh Control Panel that includes the total number of pushes sent/ devices unregistered for a certain period of time (monthly, daily, hourly). So that you can correlate this information and improve your push campaigns.

    Please also note that there are 3 reasons we collect the device unregister stats:

    • user unsubscribed from pushes;
    • user deleted the app;
    • the push token was invalidated for some reason.
