I've added a payment method but the payment was declined for some reason.
First of all, please rest assured that this will not affect your production app or users. There will be 3 automatic attempts to process the payment - on day 1, next day and on the day 6.
In order for payment to be processed successfully please double check the following:
- A credit card is not expired
- You have enough fund on your credit card
- You have chosen the correct main payment method in your account
- The bank issued your card is accepting the automatic online payments
If it's all ok with the points above, we will attempt to process the payment automatically. In case there will still be issues with the payment, our team will reach out to you to sort this out and process the payment.
