If you have invited users to your account using the Multi-Login feature, but they cannot see any applications or access data, it is likely because they have not been assigned to any User Groups.
User Groups control the level of access invited users have within your account. Simply inviting a user does not automatically grant them permission to view or manage applications.
To resolve this, the account owner needs to:
- Log in to the Pushwoosh Control Panel.
- Navigate to the Account > Multi-Login section.
- Ensure the user in question has accepted the invitation. If not, you may need to resend it or ensure they were invited correctly.
- Go to the User Groups tab within the Multi-Login section.
- Either add the user to an existing group with the desired permissions or create a new group and assign the user to it. Make sure the group has access rights to the necessary applications.
